As i mentioned in my last post that my appraisal went well and perhaps there was a new challenge coming up.
However, after much deliberation/thoughts/questioning & asking, i think i have to say No.
It is similar to the past 2 years proposal.
I think i am nothing but just a pawn in the game.
I hope i am making the right choice.
People tells me to think good of others.
But they are not the one making the choice.
At the moment, i think there is only 1 available way - the neutral stand. Saying No but offering something else at the same time.
I have the upper hand - then it shall be my game this time.
